Shipping policy

At House of Andersson, we aim to deliver your order within 2-5 business days for international shipments. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

For custom made items the total delivery time will normally vary from 4-8 weeks depending on the production time of your garment. When you place an order you will get a delivery estimate for your specific order.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping provider or if no one is available to accept the delivery. All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

House of Andersson will be responsible for items purchased as in-person-delivery until scheduled delivery is made. If an appointment cannot be booked within 60 days from initial attempt, or if nothing else has been agreed upon, House of Andersson has the right to ship the items to provided address. If no address is provided, House of Andersson will no longer be responsible for the items.
