At House of Andersson, we are committed to delivering exceptional products, quality, and service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order*.
How to return
To initiate a return, simply use the prepaid return label included in your package. If the label is missing, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with a new one.
Return policy
Please ensure that the returned item(s) are in their original, unused condition, with all garment tags attached and the original packaging, including hangers, intact.
Returned products must meet these criteria to qualify for a refund. Any item(s) that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to you, and House of Andersson will not cover the cost of this return shipment.
It is your responsibility to provide proof that the return has been shipped back to the carrier.
Damaged items
If any item(s) arrives to you damaged, please notify us in writing via email or letter within a reasonable timeframe and or customer service team will help you from here.
*Custom made and personalized garments
Please note that made-to-measure and personalized garments are non-returnable, as they are uniquely tailored and created to your specifications. For further information and question regarding custom made, please contact our customer service team.
Refund
We strive to process your refund as swiftly as possible. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days after the returned item(s) have been received at our warehouse.
